Challenge Week One! (link up)

Welcome to Week One of the Ready for Summer Challenge!
To start the challenge off, we want to encourage everyone to break your larger challenge goals down into bite-sized goals each week.
For example, if your goal is to lose 15 pounds over the whole challenge, your weight goal for week one might be to lose a pound and a half. :)

We will have a link up every Sunday for you to link to your blog post, including a check in for the previous week and your goals for the next one.

Remember, you can pick and choose the goals you want for the challenge, you can use some of them, one of them, or all of them. It's totally up to you, but we have four goal categories:

Weight Loss Goal
Non Scale Victory Goal
Nutrition Goal
Fitness/Exercise Goal

Each week, we will also have a mini challenge that you can participate in if you'd like.

Week One's Mini Challenge is to try a new vegetable, fruit, or other healthy dish of your choice, that you've never had before.

Feel free to get creative! Let us know what you tried at the end of the week!

A good site to get new recipes from is SkinnyTaste.com

So, below you can link up your goals for Week One!
For a better example of what to post about, feel free to check out mine and Maren's posts. :)

  2. For those who are new to blogging and/or not very computer savvy (which may be just me, I realize but pray otherwise), could you please explain exactly what you mean by "link up"? Our updates are going on our own blogs, right? Are we then supposed to post a link to the Sunday/Link Up posts in the comments section here?

    1. Yep, you will just create a post on your blog and then come back here to link up in the little thing up there. Just click where it says Click Here to Enter. Look at mine if you need an example of what to do for your post, click Sarah @ Sarah Is Getting Fit. :) Let us know if you need anymore help!

    1. Right now you are just linking your goals for the week, then next weekend come back to recap this week and post your goals for the next one. If you need an example, just click Sarah @ Sarah Is Getting Fit to see mine. :)

  4. Sorry about the duplicate linkages, my linking resulted in an exception but it decided to trick me and post anyway! Nice photo of me in my undies, right?
