If you choose to participate, we will have four basic goal categories:
- weight loss goal
- non-scale goal
- exercise goal
- nutrition goal
You can set one or more goals for all of these categories, or pick and choose. The challenge will start off by everyone posting their goals and linking them up here. This will happen around the 26th of March. Then each week we will host a link-up where you can post your results for the week and your goals for the next. Typical challenge stuff. You can start thinking about what kind of goals you want to set, and what is realistic for you to accomplish in 10 weeks. We will have weekly mini-challenges, these are completely voluntary!

- Sign up with a comment on this post! We will add your blog to the challenge blog roll.
- Add the icon below to your blog, if you haven't already.
- Write a post about joining, and encourage others to do the same!
